About IAO Ontario Section
IAO Ontario Section is an organization of dentists who are actively practising orthodontics or who want to practice orthodontics within their dental practices, drawing on the principles of our parent organization - The International Association of Orthodontics (IAO). The International Association for Orthodontics (IAO) was established in the United States in 1961 to promote global cooperation in the orthodontic field of dentistry.
At IAO Ontario Section, we are a growing group of individuals who are committed to promoting the highest standards of orthodontic care. We collaborate globally within our organization, focusing on education, developing clinical and practice management techniques to benefit both the profession and the public. Our organization believes that the key to encouraging innovative developments in the dental field is education. We continually organize education programs of all levels of our members.
We regularly bring together leaders and members of our industry to exchange ideas and experiences with our members. We offer diverse training programs, professional assistance, certifications, resources and more to all dentists practising orthodontics in Ontario.
