1. Please select the appropriate attendee option, Doctor Attendee and/or Auxiliary Staff and/or Dental Student attending.
2. Fill in the registration information required (Full Name, Email, Meal Restrictions). Then click "Add to Bag"
3. If you are registering multiple attendees for your practice. A registration must be completed for each attendee.
4. After all attendees information is submitted, click "Go to Checkout". Complete the payment checkout steps.
5. A email order confirmation of your registration will be emailed immediately after you complete the online purchase.
6. Each attendee will be asked for their registration confirmation at the event.
